This June marks three years since the Supreme Court overturned the landmark abortion case Roe v. Wade with a 6-3 ruling in Jackson v. Dobbs, breaking a nearly 50-year precedent. The conservative-led court repealed the federal right to abortion, giving conservative state lawmakers the ability to tighten their abortion laws without consequence.
